The Healer
A new way to mend.
A psychologist, clinician, or practitioner with a fresh concept of healing to put in the world — a framework readers can actually live by.
What We Look For
Whether you're a psychologist with a new concept of healing, a veteran with a story of survival, or a person whose purpose became a book — we're looking for stories that change lives. Not perfect writers. Necessary stories.
We don't look for perfect writers. We look for necessary stories.
The Four Things We Ask
Stories that leave a reader changed — not merely informed, but different than before.
Books that hand a reader their own power back, and the tools to keep it.
Words that move someone from stuck to started — and keep them moving.
Stories that make a bigger, kinder life feel possible — for the reader, and beyond.
Who We Publish
Three kinds of voices tend to find a home with us. If you recognize yourself in any of them, we'd like to hear from you.
The Healer
A psychologist, clinician, or practitioner with a fresh concept of healing to put in the world — a framework readers can actually live by.
The Survivor
A veteran, or anyone who came through the unsurvivable, with a story that shows the next person the way out — and the way forward.
The Purpose-Driven
A person whose story carries a purpose bigger than themselves — one that can reach, move, and change the lives of the people who read it.
Our Mission
Every story we choose serves that mission. If a book exists to make a reader — and the world — a little more well, and a little more loved, it belongs at Welluvd.
Categories We Champion
Category matters less than impact — but these are the shelves our books most often sit on.
Stories written mainly to sell, or books with no real change at their center, usually aren't the right home here — and that's okay. If a story exists to serve a reader before it sells to one, it's exactly what we're looking for. When in doubt, send it anyway; we'd rather read it and know.
You don't need it perfect, and you don't need it finished. You need it true. The rest, we build together.
